Molding Processes

At Cottage Corporation, we use a variety of molding techniques to custom-create a variety of products. Here are some of the processes we use:

Hot Runner Process

This process is one that many plastic fabricators have started to utilize because of its efficiency. With this process, we’re able to create customized products with a variety of materials quickly and efficiently. Typically, this process does not take much time, and it creates a balanced, filled part that meets your every need.

Overmolding Process

In this process, our trained acrylic manufacturers are able to mold our plastic products with different materials (including rubber and metal) provided by our partners. By molding our plastic with other materials, such as rubber, we are able to create a variety of everyday products, like toothbrushes.
